K2 children from YWCA Bukit Gombak participated in an Anti-Littering Day by picking up garbage and litter in their community. They have demonstrated their love and concern for the environment by collecting garbage and litter near the school. K2 children were so enthusiastic about this activity that they picked up every single plastic, wrapper, and food container they came across. Overall, this activity taught them that throwing plastics has negative impact on the environment and it made them more accountable for the fact that throwing trash in the bin is vital for the environment and its people.Â
