LittleLives recently identified unauthorized access to certain systems within our environment. Based on our investigation to date, with the support of an external IT forensic vendor, we have assessed that the incident is limited to data relating to two preschool providers based in Singapore. We have notified those providers of the incident. There is presently no evidence that data belonging to other clients was affected.

We are working closely with the affected organizations, relevant authorities, and external experts to determine the full scope of the incident. Protecting personal information is a responsibility we take seriously. As part of our response, we have further strengthened our security measures across our environment.

We would like to encourage individuals to remain vigilant against phishing emails, scam calls, SMS messages, or requests for personal information. LittleLives will never request passwords, OTPs, or sensitive personal information through unsolicited communications.
