With the start of a new term, the children at Al-Nasry Childcare @ Tampines embarked on a journey that revolves around animals. It was a perfect opportunity for the children to learn about nature, its inhabitants, and how they can play their part to care for them.
During the first week, the children had the opportunity to have a hands on experience with some animals which were brought along by the teachers from home.
The children were not only enraptured by the presence of their new animal friends, but also had a priceless hands on experience and appreciation on how to handle and care for them.
It was a good introduction for this term’s theme, and instilled a sense of excitement in them for future lessons that’s to come.
