It was a fun and interactive presentation with our preschoolers all about smooth-coated otters. We explored where these otters live, what they eat, and learned about their unique body parts and facial features. The children discovered where otters can be found in Singapore, and together we used the KWL method; sharing what we already knew, what we wanted to learn, and what we found out.
During the session, we connected our learning to our
school’s core values of Appreciation and Leadership. The children showed curiosity, asking thoughtful questions and sharing their own ideas. Their enthusiasm made the presentation lively, engaging, and full of smiles.
It was a wonderful learning experience for everyone, just like the otters, we worked together, learned from each other, and had fun along the way.
