The N2’s embarked on a journey of discovering the life of ants. More often than not, we think of anys as pests- roams around whenever we have sweet stuff left on a table or crumbs that falls on the ground, they are always on the go ready to march and take whatever they can. Have we ever wondered why they do that? Here the N2’s discovered that just like us they have a role and work that they need to do so that they can survive. First they looked for ants during Nature walks, with the use of magnifying lens and children’s curiosity and eagerness to doscover things. They brought back the ants they found in a Ant nest, so they could observe them. Everyday they would take turns with the magnifying lens and giving them food.
