Home workout videos for the seniors and their families

Keeping up the Gotong Royong Spirit~

In collaboration with Woodlands ActiveSG Sports Centre, we’ve created a home workout video for the seniors and their families. Other than reaching out to the community during this COVID-19 situation, we would also like to advocate for the importance of maintaining a healthy lifestyle!
