The children talked about recycling. We named some materials we could use for our recycled artwork. We gathered empty toilet paper tubes and turned them into wheels! We added some fuzzy wires for the parts and used coloured papers for the grass. Voila! We have our very own ‘mini bicycles’!
We then used newspapers to create a paper machè. We glued them altogether, added some glitz and sparkles and we have our very own safety helmets!
The children had fun with our recycled art and craft. At the same time, they learnt more about recycling!
