Compost Stew

Our environmental chefs fixed from scratch a batch of ‘compost stew’ inspired by the author Mary McKenna Siddals. We started our bucket with banana peels, egg shells, vegetable scraps and even snails. These are great kickstarters towards creating organic fertilisers. We cannot wait to watch the growth of our composting journey.
