As part of our Start Small Dream Big project, the Red Cross Society held two fun and meaningful sessions with the children and their families. In the first visit, the children picked up simple safety tips, met the Red Cross Junior Mascot, and enjoyed trying out basic bandaging. In the second visit, parents joined in too, learning side by side with their children about CPR, AED basics, and how to respond in a choking emergency.
These sessions gave children the chance to learn important life skills in a hands-on way, while also creating special moments of family learning. Together, children and parents discovered that even small hands and kind hearts can make a big difference in keeping our community safe.
