For our June school holiday, we chose to spend time with the seniors at Econ Medicare @ CCK. We planned a day of engagement, including karaoke (as suggested by the senior care center) and a variety of indoor and outdoor games.
When we started with karaoke, the seniors seemed a bit shy. To make them more comfortable, we shifted to the games session. To our surprise, the seniors really started to warm up! Even those who initially said no ended up asking for more playtime. We learned that seniors, much like children, thrive on encouragement and praise.
