One of the important things that we would like to inculcate in our children is to “Always Be Kind” to the people around us. The children learnt to be caring and thoughtful especially to those who help to take care of our neighbourhood.
As part of our SSDB project, the children wrote thank you notes to our friendly neighbourhood heroes on a big Red Heart to show our ongoing appreciation to them. They learnt that they came to Singapore to earn a living and we should show our love and care as we would anyone.
