We have launched our “Start Small Dream Big” project on the 29 April 2021. Our theme for this year is “Spread a Smile”. We understand that everyone is having a difficult time to stay connected physically with each other due to the safety measures, businesses were affected, and some are battling against the viruses. We want to encourage children to show love and concern towards the people in need, especially their family members and those who fell sick. In this project, we aim to create awareness to spread love and smiles, and create opportunities for the children to practice expressing their appreciation towards people who take care of them. During the launch, children get to pledge their handprints on the “Smiley Bear” to remind themselves that they have to demonstrate kindness. The children also learnt the “kindness song” dance and this will be part of our little dance in our Music and Movement curriculum.
