SSDB 2022 “We Care, We Love, Stronger Together, Majulah” -Sengkang Central BLK 270-CC

This year is a very special year for all of the children in PCF Sparkletots Preschool @Sengkang Central BLK 270 as we pledged to join and engaged the children in Start Small Dream Big project with the theme “ We Care, We Love, Stonger Together, Majulah”. We wanted to inculcate and embark the value of respect and care to the children.

During the launch party, children learned about Start Small Dream Big and empowered the children that they can make a difference in their own little ways.

One of the activities that the children are involved in was creating an art and crafts for the people in the community .

Children went for an outdoor walk where they give their crafts to the people in the community like the RC community helpers, MRT Personnels and staffs, nearby hawker cleaners, elderly and people in the neighbourhood.

Playgroup children show their care and love to the children around the neighbourhood by giving out a craft to wished them Happy National Day.

Pre-Nursery children show their appreciation to RC community helpers , hawker and NTUC staffs and MRT personnel .

Nursery children show their gratitude as they give the neighbourhood their flower craft and greeted them Happy National Day.

The K1 and K2 children wrote letters and created flower crafts. They dropped it in the letterbox around the neighbourhood to wished the residents ‘Happy National Day’ to show their care and love to the community.

It was a very heartwarming experience for the children ever since the pandemic started. For sure, people in the neighbourhood felt the love and care too. Everyone learnt that acts of kindness and care can really make a difference !

When there is kindness , there is goodness. When there is goodness, there is magic because kindness is a gift that everyone can afford to give.
