On 27 June, our N2 to K2 children went on a learning journey to Sentosa. After listening to a story about marine conservation, they began their mission to make the beach sparkling clean again! Equipped with their handmade tongs, children picked and sorted the trash quickly. Thereafter, they used recycled materials to create a sea creature which they wish to protect.
Back in class, our K2 children applied what they have learnt and created a class story about sustainability and biodiversity. This digital story was then shared with other children, parents, Minister David Neo and residents in Tampines, with the aim to spread awareness of the importance of sustainability.
